Returns information and policy
Robey Returns Policy At Robey, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines below for returns. Returns Online Full-Price Purchases: Returns, excluding faulty goods, must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery for a credit note or exchange. Sale & Discounted Items: All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Refunds: We do not offer refunds unless required by law. Proof of Purchase: Returns must include a proof of purchase. Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Exchanges: You may exchange items for a different size or style. Exchanges can be processed by contacting info@robey.com.au. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Credit Notes: All credit notes are valid for 3 months from issue date. Faulty Items If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us. We will assess the fault and, if confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Robey. Sale Items All sale items or items bought at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty. Gift Cards Gift Cards are non-returnable. Valid for 3 years from the issue date and redeemable online at www.robey.com.au. International Returns International returns must be shipped directly to Robey. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on returned items. These are the customer's responsibility.
